I’m trained in EMDR, NARM (Master Level), Somatic Experiencing, Transforming the Experiential Brain, Neuro-Affective Touch and Psychodynamic therapies. I’m an LPC and LCDC in the state of Texas.

Outside the office, I’m a mom of 2 incredible sons and married to my favorite person. We live in a Mid-Century Modern home with a rescue Himalayan Persian cat and a ton of plants. We try to get to 1 national park and 1 international trip most years.
